I served as UX Lead and collaborated closely with a cross-discipline team working on products designed to get users to easily look at multiple vehicles, identify those vehicles of interest, and to be able to carry those consideration sets during their time on the Kelley Blue Book site.
I worked with the team to gather requirements and existing data, come up with concepts, gain research and insights, and prototype new ideas to find out what resonated the most with KBB's nearly 22 million unique monthly visitors.
I was also UX Lead for a team to come up with new products, landing pages, ad banners, and native ads for KBB's partners and clients that included: AutoCheck (a part of Experian), Lending Tree, GEICO, and GM.
